Bush might have actually ordered the Pentagon to start up a fake attack plan...actually ensuring that it would get out on the streets. I could even envision him ordering a dozen B-52's taking off at the right time and heading toward Diego Garcia...and making a wide circle toward Iraq...then turning and returning to the US.
It would be a fantastic joke on Russia and make them look like fools in the middle east for their "intelligence".
You mean we might get a nice return on our tax dollars?
