I listened to Giuliani a bit this morning on Dennis Miller, and he just rambled on and on about the WoT. Maybe its Dennis' problem for not keeping Giuliani terse and to the point. But nothing about his interview this morning screamed Presidential to me.

I think it's the way he speaks too, says too many words, not enough substance. But then again I'm not going to vote for him anyway.
