Capabilities have nothing to do with it -- he's just always wanted to be president since he was a child.

I would not worry, after the ex-grifter in chief and the current junior grifter from NY are done with shaping Obama in the public eye though planted stories and political subterfuge, Americans will be asking the same or even harder question.
