I don't think that it's necessarily the Muslims but more so the pacifist liberals that have taken over. The Brits will likely complain to the UN and dither about while their people are abused. I expect that little will come of it really but I am hoping to be surprised.
I am still amazed that the Iranians would do this. This is inviting outright war with the US and UK. Something is up and I don't like the smell of it.

I'm not, quite frankly I'm not at all surprised.
This is inviting outright war with the US and UK. Something is up and I don't like the smell of it.
If there is an ounce of testosterone left in London AND Washington, that smell is going to become more agreeable because it will be the smell of burning Iranian Islamofascists on their way to their 72 virgins and all-you-can-eat buffet.

I agree that there is something else going on......Although, the theory of putting pressure on UNSC resolution of today that was chiefly sponsored by UK is not far fetched. Now what? The resolution passed......
