There ARE running jokes that continue to be funny - like "Stuned Beeber" - but "Bush's Fault" isn't one of them. Interesting. I never found "Stuned Beeber" to be funny, yet sometimes the things that are attributed to being "Bush's Fault" can be. To each their own.
