[this bill] has no chance of becoming law. Accompanying the president were members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, families of deployed service members and families of those who have paid the ultimate price for our freedom. (Transcript)
Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice met with the Iraq Provincial Reconstruction Team at the State Department.
Press Secretary Tony Snow made an announcement about his health at the end of todays press briefing. (Transcript)
On a lighter note, President and Mrs. Bush welcomed the family of former President Johnson to the Oval Office for the naming of the Lyndon Baines Johnson Department of Education Building. (Click here for more information)
President Bush was also joined in the White House today by Archbishop Demetrios for the proclamation of March 25, 2007 as National Greek Independence Day, A National Day of Celebration of Greek and American Democracy. (Transcript)

Well, it is very odd. There use to be a restaurant that I use to go to many years ago. Every time I ate a salad there, I would get ill. Well, it happened at a restaurant we went to last night. I started feeling ill and my stomach was cramping. I have not felt well all day. The odd thing is that when I order something from a steak delivery company, their salads never bother me. My daughter says it could be what some places wash the lettuce in. I do not have a clue as to what is causing this but I wish it would quit.

He will because he is no lame duck. Not even close.
No one who knows this man has that thought even cross his or her mind.

He will.
He has NEVER let us down in his support of our troops, or his resolve in the war against terrorists.
All of us who have watched him KNOW that.

Tony Snow is all class isn't it. I certainly pray that this is nothing serious.
But his being out for 3/4 weeks kinda scares me.

Some restaurants spray their lettuce with a substance (?) to keep it looking fresh and green. You could be allergic to that.
