I went 3 weeks ago for my Colonoscopy. If I can do it, any one can! Mine was normal thank goodness! There is a lot to be said for "peace of mind".

Well, I am due again soon and it is no big deal because you sleep through the whole thing. It is worth the inconvenience of having to let someone drive you home. Anybody over 50 should have one every couple of years, and if you have a Family History of Colon Cancer, or have stomach problems, screenings should start much earlier. If you are confused about the procedure, or reluctant because it looks menacing, etc you can google or do a search on Mayo Clinic or Dr Koop, WebMD Websites and they even have illustrations that put your mind at ease. You probably already know all this, (been there, done that), but for those that are reluctant and Gambling with their Health/Life it is good to read up on it. Thank You Tony for always being the helpful Professional.
