My B-i-L lived around 67th Ave and the 101, it was a very nice and quiet area with good schools and shopping.
Haven't a clue what the RE prices/values are like.
They are certainly a lot better than the nanny state. And the gun laws are better as well. All of my children are on their own in North Carolina and Los Angeles.
