Charges "dropped"?
Sounds like she should be prosecuted for making FALSE statements. I guess perjury only matters when it is confused testimony by a member of the Bush Administration.

If anyone has the right to sue, these guys do.
To: Mase
As well they should. If anyone deserves a civil 'settlement' the young men whose lives have been ruined do.

Well it is about time and I hope these innocent boys file suits against this woman and Nifong!
Glad someone else took over the case and realized there wasn't one!

There is justice!!! Too bad the guys lives were ruined in the process. They can never get their lives back especially there last couple years of college which should have been the best time of their lives.

I'm proud of myself for figuring out what 'Dukelax' meant before the case was closed out.

Frankly, they should consider filing suit against the president and many of the faculty of Duke University as well.

And, we should expect charges against the accuser, WHEN?The remainder of her life - and Nifong's - will be dedicated to paying civil suit awards.
I hope and pray that Duke takes a big hit, as well as the 80+ professors for libel.

Thank God!
Paybacks will be a bitch, the city, the college, the accuser, ect, I hope they all get hammered.

Let the civil lawsuits begin!Sweet justice.
Indeed.
The "accuser", Nifong, the professors, and hopefully Duke itself will learn a financial lesson never to be forgotten.

I agree. They turned their backs on these boys and helped ruin their reputation. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Think of all those professors of 'diversity' who jumped on the bandwagon and hung the accused before the trial. Will Je$$e and $harpton send their apologies? Maybe it's time for Nifong to go to jail before his trial.

They can still go after her, but they have to drop the charges first. I am sure they are plenty of lawsuits comings, not to mention Nifong's ethics charges.
