We've been really pleased that all four of our kids are very health conscious and eat right and exercise a lot (you should SEE Eric's arms now. Yikes!).

We've tried to set a good example, and they're pretty proud that their old foks keep working out even though they're falling apart. :)

We're pretty happy and proud of ours too. I love close and strong familes and we are blessed.
