Actually, he didn't say they haven't changed, he said CO2 is higher than it's ever been.

He said there was no significant change from the 300 parts per million level in the past million years until now, which our C02 has jumped to 384 parts per million.. this chart shows otherwise.. it shows constant flux in both C02 & temperature.
