Of course Al Gore did not provide a transcript of his statement 48 hours before he appeared like every other person making a statement before congress is required. That would have given too much time for his opponents to expose all Gore's inconvenient lies.

The GOP minority on the EPW committee agreed GoreBull Al's request for an unprecedented 30 minute opening statement.

The GOP minority on the EPW committee then agreed to waive the 48 hour rule in favor of allowing GoreBull Al to submit his testimony 24 hours before the hearing.

As of 8pm ET Tuesday evening, the testimony still has not been received by EPW, a clear violation of committee rules.

The word on Capitol Hill says EPW is not to expect to see Gore’s testimony until Wednesday (March 21) -- the day of the hearing.
