The GOP minority on the EPW committee agreed GoreBull Al's request for an unprecedented 30 minute opening statement.
The GOP minority on the EPW committee then agreed to waive the 48 hour rule in favor of allowing GoreBull Al to submit his testimony 24 hours before the hearing.
As of 8pm ET Tuesday evening, the testimony still has not been received by EPW, a clear violation of committee rules.
The word on Capitol Hill says EPW is not to expect to see Gores testimony until Wednesday (March 21) -- the day of the hearing.

After asking for a waiver on the 48 hour rule, getting it for 24 hrs., Gore then asked for a TWO HOUR period to present his opening remarks. Special treatment? HAHAHA

Breaking on Fox: Al Gore will arrive two hours late for Congressional hearings on Global Warming so he will not have to hear the Republicans' arguments against him. Gore refused to supply Congress with a summary of his statement 48 hours before hearing as required so the Repubs could not formulate questions.
Breaking.
