The news is good in MANY ways.

You know the Dems will keep fighting to get Rove under oath, but the fight will distract the Dems from doing much else.

As for my lurker status, I'll always chime in when the naysayers are forced back into their ratholes.

Funny, I dont see many of them on this thread......

Need legal opinion here...The case would be filed in the DC court...or maybed the DC Court of Appeals will take jurisdiction immediately. Not sure how that works, btu I think they can do it..expidited hearing, I think it's called..the DC circuit is in pretty good shape, I think...and when it's appealked to SCOTUS...well, I exxpect Roberts/Scalia/Alito et al to do the heavy lifting..

I agree. The president and his team are canny enough to turn this to our advantage. Whatever we can do to distract the Dems away from the
"shut down the war effort" and cause them to chase their own tails HAS to be a good thing.

I mean, honestly, has the Libby indictment done ANYTHING productive? (Which is not to diminish the fact that this is hard on Libby)

And you're right...I think "The Whiner Club" has reached critical mass and may just get shoved to the back of the bar.
