We will NOT go along with a partisan fishing expedition ....
(Yes!)
It will be regrettable, if they choose to down the road of
issuing subpoenas...
I will oppose any attempts to subpoena WH employees!

Happy days are here again!

I think Jennifer Griffin has earned the DOD beat...however, she is the best ME reporter that Fox has...so she will be missed.

That's how it worked when they went after Nixon's tapes.

PD..I don't joke about the possibility of war. I believe that Bush believes it is his solemn duty to make sure that Iran never goes nuclear..both to protect Israel and the US from a terrorist atatck..I think he'll take the heat, make the tough call..and do the correct thing..

Clinton made a lot of them civil servants as he walked out the door and those people can 't be summarily fired.

They can be transferred to backwater desks and relieved of any sensitive duties however. I would rather have them wasting money as bureaucratic deadwood than wasting money and harming the nation as saboteurs. Everyone in Washington knows how to do this, including Bush--if he wants to.

I told you we are going to bomb Iran soon...

..or Israel is...

As another FReeper pointed out last night, this might be the reason W is preoccupied with bigger things on his plate other than the Rats nipping at his heels over non-scandals.

Are you happy with this?

I will not be happy until CONSERVATIVES are in complete control of the Judicial, Legislative, and Executive branches of this great country!

You can't fire career people just because a new President comes in. So who do you mean should be fired? The enemy has embedded themselves in career status, in many instances.

Dude, I have been predicting a spring attack for months. The effect on the Dems would be only a fringe benefit. There would not be a sustained conflict. From the folks I talk to, if we go in, our first wave will cause Iran to have a "come to Jesus" moment.

I'm going to write him and tell him that.

If he would do that, that would shut up all the naysayers and I'm gonna sit homers, plus it would really rally those of us who know what's important in this next election -- WOT and HER.
