That should be emphasized - all of us should and must vote our conscience, and political best judgment. JimRob's jeremiad's, or anyone else's, are not going to change any minds. Only new hard information will, and new candidates hopping in (if any) and more particularly, how the candidates perform under stress, and how the polls evolve, both in the primary and the General.

Only new hard information will, and new candidates hopping in (if any) and more particularly, how the candidates perform under stress, and how the polls evolve, both in the primary and the General. Especially now - before the debates have even taken place. If we are not about freedom - what are we about? I don't like to see either side pressuring, threatening, intimidating others as to how they *should* vote. I'm amazed sometimes reading arguments over who people will vote for in the general election - November 2008. LOL Good grief - that is light years away.
People *are* free to support or not support whoever they want(s). The more all sides understand and respect that - perhaps the more they will be respectful and persuasive in their posts - rather than the unhelpful spam, name-calling, intimidation and threats.
It may be, however, that the divide is just too great - and the animosity too entrenched and that a political realignment is where this will all lead.
