The Giuliani campaign should emphasize its candidate's independence from traditional national Republican policies. That's one way to frame it. Another is that I know what I'm talking about, and I'm right about Giuliani. But that is something you will only understand eventually, and I'm not going to spend any more time trying to persuade you now, since facts don't affect your prejudice.
