Seems to me it would be much easier to get a confession out of a Muslim than out of a Christian. Christians believe their salvation, and hence their eternity, is in the hands of Jesus. Christ and Christ alone is able to assure them of an eternity with God. Muslims on the other hand believe one can not be certain of their fate after death, that it depends on a lot of things. In essence they feel something someone does to them at death, wrap their bodies in a pig skin, will affect their treatment in the next life.

So there's nothing a Christian thinks you can do to send his soul to hell, but the Muslim does not believe that. Threatening a Muslim can scare them, so it's simply a matter of doing that.
