Just words. We all play with them, don't we? I was wondering why the door was unlocked too. It probably wouldn't have made any difference though. She needed a gun too. I don't jump on the wagon blaming the police though. They had things covered. It could just as easily have been an older, closed station.

i just sent the author this email:

"Hello,

I am writing about your story in the woman who was "killed in police station" by her husband. Was she actually killed inside of a police station or was she killed in a municipal building that contained a police office?

I find it hard to believe that the door to a police station was unlocked while it was empty. How many offices does this particular building contain, and why did you choose to single out the police station as one of the offices? Especially if that office was closed at the time. Would "Woman Killed in Municipal Building" not have carried the kind of journalistic punch you were going for?

Perhaps I am splitting hairs or reading into the story. Please set me straight.

Thank you."

you are right. she did need a gun. it doesnt say how the husband killed her. bare hands? gun? lots of stuff missing...
