Conservatives believe that lying to a grand jury is a crime. Those who believe that it depends on what the lie is aren't conservatives.

There is a difference between denying sexual conduct with an intern when the issue in court is sexual harassment (and rape) in the workplace and confusing event (A) happening before event (B) chronologically.
There were a number of people on the stand in this trial who confused event order but only one was prosecuted for it.

NO. I'm saying this investigation should not have been prosecuted because there was NO CRIME to even have a Grand Jury to convene.
Fitz used the law for purposes that it was not intended. To set perjury traps until some knucklehead fell into it. Fitz started an investigation of ....nothing.
