Will not happen. I've supported Pres. Bush from day one, but he is NOT going to be controversial and pardon someone after promising his "full cooperation" with the investigation. This is very, very bad news. It's been a pretty sucky month, what with the Dow falling 500, Coulter blabbing, and this.

UNBELIEVABLE. Even before we hear of appeals or sentencing here comes Reid asking the President to PROMISE not to pardon him.

Libby has 18 months before Bush leaves office. W will do the right thing on this given how bogus this whole thing was. He could not (and should not) have interfered with an ongoing trial. That would be what I would consider an impeachable offense.

The pardon is in his power to grant.

C'mon LS...Coulter did us all a favor...and continues to do us a favor. She is fearless and says what the armchair soapboxers at home type. I stand behind her 100%. Libby got screwed here and we all know it. Bush won't even pardon the border agents who shot a drug smuggling illegal! Nobody on FR can seriously say the words "Bush Must Pardon Libby NOW!"...methinks with the Berger and many Clinton snowjobs that he was left to deal with and then the border issues and the favortism for Mexico...some very powerful people have some very powerful things on not only the President but Cheney as well.

Sad...very sad. I don't know why it is all happening...as I stated previously...we are a nation in deep trouble.
