Rudy Giuliani vigorously defended his wife, Judith, as the perfect stepmom just days after his son, Andrew, revealed he doesn't get along with her. "My wife, Judith, is a loving and caring mother and stepmother," Giuliani told reporters after a meeting with Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and county sheriffs.....he stood foursquare behind his wife, whose highly public relationship with Giuliani began while he was still married to the mother of his two kids.
Andrew Giuliani bluntly disclosed.... "There's obviously a little problem that exists between me and his wife." Sources familiar with the difficult relationship between the Giuliani kids and their stepmom said it started deteriorating before the couple married June 2003, but went south quickly after the wedding.
Giuliani's kids had hoped to carve out time to spend with their dad alone as things got worse, but he opted against it, the sources said.
At the same time, Rudy was involved in the life of Judith's daughter, Whitney, and even spoke at her graduation from York Preparatory school in May 2004. Sources say Giuliani has not visited Andrew at Duke, and that his relations with Caroline also are strained....even worse than with his son. Before she wed Giuliani, Judith went through a bitter court fight with Bruce Nathan over who would have custody of their daughter. Her ex-husband filed court papers in 2001 that said his daughter ran away from her mother when she was 16 and voluntarily moved in with him during the time when her mother was regularly at Giuliani's side in public while he was trying to get a divorce from Hanover.

Which means the both of them turn me off. We had a team meeting for my son's baseball team, he's 10. It was about sportsmanship and character. One of the coaches spoke up about how you represent yourself. He said all peoples actions effect more than themselves. He is a retired professional athlete, he told the boys whenever he was tempted by something or had the urge to be the fool he always thought of his family and the reflection it would have on them as well. Two wrongs don't make a right. Bad behavior is bad behavior.
A bad marriage can can wreak more havoc than a divorce.

We should find someone to ask Hillary at each campaign stop if she is willing to let Chelsea do a DNA match up with Bill Clinton ala Anna Nicole Smith to simply get the question out of the way whether or not Web or Bubba is the actual father.
The deadhead Rudybots have been pushing that trash about Reagan for quite some time. Reagan divorced Jane Wyman in 1948. Reagan didn't start dating Nancy Davis until 1951.
The Reagan legacy is strong enough to withstand anything. The falsehoods will be around for eternity. Just have to handle them one at a time.
Thanks for the ping, GWB.
Taking a page from the demonrats, it would seem.
Kids, most of them, are spoiled brats with a me me me me me look at life.
I find it amusing that they, like the MSM, now claim Reagan didn't even know his own appointees. :)
If you want to spew lies and misrepresentations then you risk being labelled a liar.
I don't know how many other Rudy haters actually lived or worked in NYC, but we've been there for decades.
If you haven't experienced what leadership is all about then don't hurl knives from afar.
That said, even people whose lives were immeasurably better when Rudy became Mayor....still hate him for succeeding when their heroes, the demonrats FAILED miserably.
It seems to me that it was Donna Hanover who tried to use the divorce to drive a wedge between Rudy and his kids. Rudy and Judith tried to include them in their life.
AG Meese and AAG Giuliani would meet Reagan at the White House, and Reagan would say "Who is that man"?
Don't get me wrong. I like Merv. I admire him greatly. A genius at business.
I just didn't detect what you did.
Well, I can promise you this. Other than the very interior of Atlanta, Rudy will not sell well here in Georgia.
1. Gun control, yes I know he says it was what he needed to control crime in the CITY. Down here, we don't even mention gun control, we love guns and the right to own them. And I am not talking about hunting either, you can shoot somebody down here, hell we can carry concealed in cars and what not. Check out Kennesaw, Ga. there is a city ordinance that encourages all people to have a firearm in the home.
2. Abortion, not just no but, hell no. Right now there is a law in the state house that would require that before an abortion takes place the doctor must offer the woman a chance to see a sonogram. By the abortion rights activists we are voted one of the worst states when it comes to choice. Oh, well.
3. Illegal Immigration, we are flooded with illegals and sick to death of it. Right now our state is getting ready to enact some of the toughest legislation in the nation regarding it. Rudy allowed NYC to be a sancturary city for illegals, how will explain that?
4. Georgians love the military, lots of yellow ribbons around my neighborhood, lots of business signs showing support as well. Whether right or wrong, if the press can make a case of him avoiding the draft, it will not go over very well here.
And one other thing, I just cannot picture the guys at the Waffle House and hunt camp accepting a man dressed in drag, charity or not. Things that are funny and cute in NYC just aren't here.
No one else has either.
What an ugly smear.
I don't know if she was cheating but she was unhappy with Reagan. And I stand corrected - it was a few years between marriages.
That said, the Reagan kids had enormous resentments toward their parents for years and years. So the Reagans were not perfect parents but in my mind that aspect of their lives is irrelevant.
I do believe Nancy was pregnant when they got married. But I don't care and never did care about that. That stuff has nothing to do with my admiration for the Ronald Reagan. I don't demand that people be "morally perfect."
My dad worked in NYC for 40 years, my brother just retired from NYPD. My brother worked under Rudy. It's funny, when all of the press came out about Rudy cleaning up the city, I did mention it to my brother. He said don't believe everything you read. Neither can stand him and will not be voting for him. My dad calls him a gungrabbin, illegal lovin bastard. Oh well.
AMEN AMEN AMEN
