It seems to me that a constitutional appeal may be made based on the the lack of a constitutional mandate for compulsory schooling!

If we can get the state out of the business of education, the cost will go down, the quality up, and parental input will be all. Those who want to can send their children to "tolerance" schools where there minds will be forcibly opened until their brains fall out.
