Yah? So what? Most people voted that way, including Democrats.

A few good votes around the edge of the issue doesn't make you pro-life.

Look, I like Fred Thompson, but let's not call him what he isn't. He's not pro-life. Neither is Giuliani. If you are OK with that, great, I think he'd make a good President in spite of the fact that he's not pro-life even though I am.
