Actually, some are sent to the offender via "Freep Mail" saying "Knock it off!" (I know because well, I got one just once...but it was on a male-bashing FR feminazi thread, and I avoid those now LIKE THE PLAGUE! ;>)
Once I got one that said not to pick on EV.
I didn't know that. I wonder how they decide who will be publically disciplined and who will be given a private slap on the wrist. My best guess is probably the right one. LOL ;)
