You're welcome(s). I appreciate that you don't see Rudy as being the best we can do. I hear you on that. I hope you realize that others disagree with you. They honestly do think he is the best we can do right now.
What I am hoping is that the Rudy supporters not engage you and the others I mentioned and the others I should have mentioned(s)...unless you make a new or interesting or good point - which quite frankly - isn't very likely(s).
I don't think you all come onto the Rudy threads to discuss anything and so I hope that the Rudy supporters will see more and more that the Rudy haters are there to bait - to taunt - to disprupt - to antagonoize - to name call - to ridicule - to belittle - to insult etc. That's all they are doing on those threads and there is no reason to stoop to their level and engage them, imo.
I wish you well in gettting someone you can get excited about nominated. I haven't decided yet who I will support but I have no problem with Rudy or Romney. Hunter is ok. Brownback has some good qualities. I don't like McCain. I like Gilmore. I could support Newt. But I am so offended by the treatment of the Rudy and Romney supporters that I like to go on his threads as a support to them.
My gawd this is getting SO OLD. give it a rest will ya.
Gotta be honest with ya.
Paragraphs 1,2 & 4 of your last post to me were fine. But that third paragraph was pure, unadulterated whine.
I do not hate Rudy. I hate his politics. I hate liberalism.
Liberalism is the enemy of conservatism. Around FR, if you support Rudy Giuliani don't be surprised if some FReepers see that stance as a betrayal of conservatism. I for one, believe that to be true.
