That's the idea, Miss Marple. Only support sure losers so they can be perpetually P.O.ed. It's all a game. I firmly believe the nastiest of posters are here to disrupt and demoralize.
I feel honored that you would even suggest it, but like you, I wonder where the conservatives have gone. Maybe a better statement would be "When did the liberals overtake the GOP?"

Hey, I didn't write the post. I didn't write the ones from the other side either. Sometimes I've just got to say, if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen.
Don't kid yourself - each side of this argument is giving as good as they get.
Tell the truth, you're really Nellie Olson, aren't you?
Aw Fiddlstix! Your omyx has been very sick with a horrible Carribean flu. I've missed you.
You and your fifth columnist filthy ilk have been slammed and slurred for years. Deservedly so.
You know, this is a rare day for me, nursing a cold and hanging out. But I understand how important balance is in life.
You should get out more, enjoy some fresh air. Maybe it will help your consistantly narly mood and bitterness whenever "Rudy" is mentioned favorably.
The higher Rudy ascends in the polls, the more shrill they become. Duncan went from 2% to an asterisk in the latest WaPo poll yesterday, and the Hunter supporters have a frothy mess all over their faces.
Ya, it was a good head's up. I guess I will just check every 3 months or so, to see if there has been a change of venue. Then again, you posted that you were involved in Sali's campaign, and since I am so clever, that was itself a disclosure that you were in Idaho.
40-50% of Republican voters either mis-identify or do not know Giuliani's positions on abortion, homosexual rights or gun control it's fairly easy to understand why he would lead even among white Evangelicals.
Let's see where the numbers go when his positions are widely known.
IMO, that's a boatload of manure. The guy is already one of the most well known figures in the country.
My primary fear is that we will end up with a democrat in the White House. I have grandchildren I am concerned about.
One thing about Guiliani (or McCain, for that matter) is that I know he will go after the terrorists. I feel that ALL of the Republicans (with the exception of Brownback) would do so.
In-fighting at such a personal level is not helpful. We are going to have to unite around whoever is the eventual candidate, and too much of these insults are going to make that difficult.
I will vote for and donate to whoever wins the nomination, even if it is someone I don't particularly like. I will even support McCain (whom I despise) if he becomes the nominee.
We simply cannot allow the democrats to win. They are getting smarter, and we can't count on them to shoot themselves in the foot again, and the media has gone from bias to active support for the democrats.
Unlike Jim, I think that the democrat has a good shot at winning. I am against any action that facilitates that possibility.
C'mon. As if you have clean hands? Bwahahahhahahah!
You complaints and protests of innocence fall on deaf ears.
...and that "Rudy Bots are treasonous Liberals" thread led me to begin this one:http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/1791032/posts
and then this one as well...
I'm glad your posting more today, because I was beginning to miss you. Glad your starting to get better.
I dont see all this noise accomplishing much however. Id say if you want a good social conservative in the race and the abortion issue to be high up on the agenda ya better start banding together and promote somebody
