Is it possible that George Bush is a secret Green? Evidently his Crawford Winter White House has 25,000 gallons of rainwater storage, gray water collection from sinks and showers for irrigation, passive solar, geothermal heating and cooling. By marketplace standards, the house is startlingly small, says David Heymann, the architect of the 4,000-square-foot home. "Clients of similar ilk are building 16-to-20,000-square-foot houses." Furthermore for thermal mass the walls are clad in "discards of a local stone called Leuders limestone, which is quarried in the area. The 12-to-18-inch-thick stone has a mix of colors on the top and bottom, with a cream-colored center that most people want. They cut the top and bottom of it off because nobody really wants it, Heymann says. So we bought all this throwaway stone. Its fabulous. Its got great color and it is relatively inexpensive.
Don't forget Kerry, Kennedy, and Clinton.
Al Gore seem like snob to me after seeing that kiss a*** interview he did with Joan Rivers at TV Guide channel during Oscars I think Dubya would enjoy being goof by Joanie
Check it out. This should get them all out of shape.

Anyone have a photo of Al Gore's House in Belle Meade.
I like the way you can walk to the barn, through various ugly additions, without going outside. You never have to be exposed to nature. BWAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
"Don't forget Kerry, Kennedy, and Clinton."
I wonder how much energy Kerry's five houses consume.
Right. AlGrrrr is a certified lunatic!!
Bet that post will be largely ignored. Now, after a DU visit, I have to run my PC AntiVirus, shower with anti-bacterial soap, and quell the nerves with a double Martini...
I think it's for his hair. I do believe he has to keep it climate-controlled
Gore was a politician his whole life, I guess thats how he recieved his money and Edwards was a trial lawyer. Seems like Bush earned his dough and knows the value of it.
THANK YOU for posting a link to the AWESOME article detailing the President's 'Scot-like' predilection for the land!
[BTW: I too would pay good money to see a photo of GWB in a kilt!!]
I seldom go over to DU. I can't ever tell if they're joking or deluded. Can't believe a post comparing Bush and Gore on the green issue with Bush coming out ahead has stayed up over there.
Interesting article. Someone has also posted this one at Digg. Those of you with Digg accounts can click here and vote for it:

"And I'll bet he doesn't need a heated and air-conditioned stroll to the horsebarn, either"
Neigh.
Somebody brought up Gore's house over on the DU, and was told, more or less, to zip it. He or she shouldn't question the great god Gore.
What happened to all the CO2 scrubbing trees around his house???????
He really cares about the evironment, so he takes care of it as a good steward of God's creation.
Meanwhile uber hypocrite algor gets cited for multiple EPA violations in Tennessee.
And the stupid American public never hears a word about it.
I didn't know that so this Dubya is being Dubya walk the walk talk the talk alright
I did surprise how small Bush ranch is it is old ranch house like President Reagan Ranch in the sky which one is bigger Dubya or Ronnie
And you're right Seven..........he walks the walk and talks the talk.
This is probably the most honest, humble and decent man to ever occupy the Oval Office.
And he'll be the same man when he goes back to Texas that he was when he took office. (With the same wife..........a REAL one. ;)
