FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

MINUTEMAN PROJECT, Inc., CHANGES LEADERSHIP

FEBRUARY 24, 2007

"The MINUTEMAN PROJECT, Inc.," (MMP) was a concept created to defend the sovereignty of the United States of America. The organization created sought to empower American citizens in the exercise of their constitutional rights to demand redress of grievances from the government's failure to enforce United States Immigration law.

While "The MINUTEMAN PROJECT, Inc.," recognizes the efforts and contributions made by Mr. Jim Gilchrist at the inception of the organization, the MMP Board of Directors has determined that a change of leadership based on internal issues was necessary.

MMP has led the fight in this culture war being waged on the American middle-class, and in order to continue its commitment to every American citizen, today announced it will immediately implement a reorganization of internal administrative, operational, membership, and accounting policies.

MMP today asks its membership for their continued support throughout this reorganization and pledges to make the MMP a stronger, more viable, efficient and politically effective mechanism as we move forward to press for the United States Government to enforce immigration law, secure America's borders, and safe-guard American citizens from illegal aliens criminal, health, gang-related and economic threats.

Vibrant, ethical and responsive leadership is pledged to our members by current MMP President Mr. Marvin Stewart, and MMP Treasurer Ms. Deborah Courtney. "I stand committed to re-focusing the direction of the MINUTEMAN PROJECT to the goals established when this great movement first came on the scene" Mr. Stewart stated. "While others may seek to profit from an effort to secure America's borders, true patriots will draw a line in the sand whether it is against the proponents of illegal aliens, or internal foes bent on avarice and greed" Mr. Stewart concluded.

"I have pledged my time, my effort and my personal resources, to maintain what I truly believe is the only organization that can swing the ship of state back on course" Ms Courtney said. "Although we face a difficult process in the reorganization of the MMP, it is based on external forces that cannot go unchallenged" Ms Courtney stated.

In case you missed it...

Court Victory For Gilchrist

“It was long overdue and warmly welcomed” was the quote made by Jim Gilchrist upon receiving the news, “the hijacker’s case they had fraudulently filed in the name of the Minuteman Project was thrown out of court; on none other, than, Friday the 13th!”

There is no doubt Marvin Stewart, Debbie Courtney and Paul Sielski had a very bad Friday the 13th, when they learned Judge Wilkinson threw them out on their ear. Not only that, but once again, Courtney was slammed with a big fat court fine! The sanction was over $ 1,000.00, which is just another court fine added to her growing collection of violations.

During the hearing Stewart, flailing his arms and bellowing his pompous rhetoric into the face of Superior Court Judge Wilkinson, lead to an extremely harsh warning from the Judge. The Judge fired back to the ranting Stewart: “You are very close to committing a felony” (court transcripts soon to be posted).

Jim Gilchrist and his counsel for the Minuteman Project, Inc. are reviewing the proceedings and other court statements made by the Minuteman imposters: Stewart, Courtney and Sielski, to verify if there is a pattern of “in court felonies” they have committed. If felonies are discovered, then the prosecution of these Minuteman charlatans would be expedited.

Gilchrist is now on schedule to clear his name. He has directed his complete legal staff to concentrate on “bringing the Stewart gang of impersonators” to justice. Under Gilchrist’s direction, the legal staff sprung into action and filed a blistering suit, on behalf of the Minuteman Project, Inc. against several of the fraudulent tricksters. In the action Gilchrist is demanding the return of all stolen monies Stewart and Courtney embezzled from the Minuteman Project’s Corporate account.

The Minuteman Project’s counsel has demanded more than 7 times, in numerous depositions for the alleged “smoking gun evidence.” To date, the hijackers have not complied with the demands to deliver the evidence.

Gilchrist with the authority of the court in hand, demands all the supposed evidence the Minuteman swindlers say they possess, be immediately surrendered. Yet, to date, Stewart, Courtney and Sielski “can’t seem to find the evidence,” “forgot to bring it” or “will get it next time.” Those excuses will no longer work! The court will force them to prove their allegations under oath!

“I demand my day in court! I will have my good name back. Show my counsel, and me, the so-called evidence used to cut my throat and to knife me in the back.” Eichler said.

Minutemen stay on mission; don’t let these distractions keep you from saving America. God Bless The U.S.A.!
