I was not arguing that there was some 'scientific knowledge' that this person did not get, but that his personal experience does not constitute scientific knowledge. Read the post again, I'm sure you'll get it.
It is always intriguing to hear it pronounced as proven that homosexuals are "born that way."
They aren't. Enviornment plays a huge role. But so do genes.
Why is "faith" in the ineluctable nature of perversion better than faith in the Word?
Because there is no such dilemma. The Word (I'm agnostic anyway) contains wisdom, not scientific knowledge.
