I think our President could learn a lot from the Vice President as to how to deal with the clowns in the Congress, especially the Pelosi posse!
The WH knows what they're doing, it's called Good Cop/Bad Cop. Cheney's playing the role of pitbull while Bush plays the role gentleman statesman. Bottom line is, what Cheney is saying is exactly how the WH feels.
