Three should be a limitation on what the gov't and Corporate America does. They go too far.
It is pretty bad they can access your credit report and find out how you stand financially. Too well off, well, you don't get as big of a pay raise versus someone else who is in debt. Oh, you are less likely to be a team player especially when something unethical needs to be done.

So should government be expected to limit itself or to creak into motion to limit intrusions into personal liberty? See post 10 - it should be up to lawyers and the courts.
Oops - sorry. Lawyers are no damn good and we need tort reform.

I disagree with this statement. People deep in debt can be a liability to a company, especially if they have access to accounts, or equipment to hock on ebay. They can also be bribed for all the above.
