I think Israel gets more--but a lot is military. Isn't Egypt the country that gets the most in pure civilian aid?

I would think you are right regarding "civilian aid". It was part of Carters Camp David agreement so you know it's not in our interest.

The truth is it's protection money so Egypt doesn't attack Israel again. I don't get , because if they did they'd get spanked again.

I do not understand the whole foreign aid thing but aid to Islamics is foolish.
