"Bob Woodward pointed out the other day that if the Democrats in Congress begin defunding the war in Iraq they "take ownership" of the war and any consequences of their meddling." And that is exactly why they will remain all bark and no bite! The last thing a liberal/democrat wants to do is take responsibility. Their entire ideology is about NOT taking responsibility.
