I live in NYC and lived here when Rudy was Mayor. I also followed his career in the Dept of Justice.
Rudy has always been known as a man of his word. He has no history of empty promises.
I do not bad mouth other people's choices. I know who Rudy is and what he has done. I admire a lot of things about him. I can not vote for him as president though.
Yeah, those marriage VOWS are really not promises.
