Wow... where did you buy the computer from?

BTW, Cool that you got it working... ;)

Sometimes a little playing can teach you more than you think... ;)

Remember it's a "new computer", IF IT F***s up take it back... LOL

Personally, to me... I would return it(if you can since the guy or place sounds worthless)

Wow... where did you buy the computer from?

Just a small business owner locally. Its called Ability PC. A friend of mine works for a financial planning firm and they do all their computer sales and svc. thru this place and he recommended them.

It's just an off the wall brand of computer I bought to replace my Dell Dimension 8100 which was about 9 years old.

But you're right tho, you gotta go in hands on if you want to learning anything. Fortunately, I didn't screw anything up like I normally do. (At least I don't think I did but time will tell)

And for the record, I don't think the problem was with that ROXIO software but rather that DSL program that got installed after I brought the computer home and got set up with my ISP. The first reboot I did was after installing the ROXIO and thats when it would not reboot.

Anyway, from all the negative stuff I read about the ROXIO, I'm certainly not going to try and reinstall it and at this point I don't need it anyway since I installed a program called 1 CLICK DVD COPY 5 to run with my Mad Dog DVD burner......
