I tried to send one to Walter Jones, who is not my representative. He, too, will accept e-mails from only those in his district. I looked up the zip code of one of the towns in his district and inserted it. I worked like a charm!!!

We need to flood their offices with calls (of course, they'll probably then end the toll free # ...lol.)

This gets you to Capitol switchboard. Ask to be connected to the Congressperson or Senator you wish. I encountered one who began to give me baloney about calling MY Congressman. I reminded the staffer, the vote made by her boss affects ALL citizens of the United States.
