Looks like FReepers are really split on what to do with a Liberal Republican heading up the ticket. About what I'd figured with Rudy being that unnamed liberal.

Looking at this poll and the last one, where Rudy received about 15% when compared to the entire field of Republicans. Appears to be about 20% of additional FReepers who are willing at this point to sell out and support Rudy.

Well, its just an unscientific snapshot poll, and its only on Free Republic. So whats the big deal?

The big deal is this. 65% of FReepers will not support Rudy at this point in time. The 35% of support Rudy does get is about equal to what national polls are indicating.

What national poll are you talking about? This is the most recent from Fox. It shows Rudy doing well with both the general public and the GOP.
