Pray to the Lord you are never arrested by the NOPD for being drunk and disorderly...... Man down there, they *beat* people.

I remember that after Katrina some cops from out west who came to help were taken aback at New Orleans police procedure.

I was stationed at Bolxi in the early 70s.

N.O. cops were so bad, we were warned not to go drinkiing down there.

Too many bad stories.
