The folks here pushing Rudy are most of the same ones that were here 4 years ago swooning over Arnold, about what a true fiscal conservative he was, how he would grow the Republican party and deliver the state of California to Bush, how his environmental plan wasn't any problem, how he would CUT, CUT, CUT... etc. How has that worked out for ya? Since they can't seem to learn from experience, why shouldn't they be bashed? It's like watching a car crash in slow motion.
I bet if Rudy was Governor of CA, the gangs would be history, the public unions would be told to get bent, and all those cushy Sacremento state jobs would be sliced.

Arnold tried - as I recall, the people of CA voted down all his referendum initiatives on budget issues and reform of municipal worker pensions and such.
