That has to be the most imbecilic logic to begin any position statement with.

As pointed out before, Hillary has achieved what she has achieved NOT because she is exceptionally gifted, but because she is driven by a narcissistic ambition fueled by an ego of astronomical proportions. She's the kind of candidate that will push herself to campaign incessantly, shake every hand etc., but will not think well on her feet. She will propose all kinds of new initiatives that have been put together behind the scenes by the combined efforts of consultants and hired guns, but when it comes time for her to defend these initiatives they will come across as rigid policies because she doesn't have the ability to 'tweak' them on the fly, and creatively interpret.

The real question is whether those who would vote for her really care what she says. I don't think they do, unless she became markedly conservative. I believe Hillary supporters are driven by anti-conservative, anti-Republican vengeance and that Hillary is just the figure head. They don't support her because they believe she will best defend, strengthen and bring our country forward. They support her because they think she hates conservatives and Republicans as much as they do.

What they may not realize, however, is that whereas Hillary is definitely an ideologue, her greatest goal is to make sure the world knows, at the end of the day, how special and smart and exceptional she is. Her need to prove this to the world supersedes the importance of her ideology. Ultimately, if it assured her place in history, Hillary would likely sell out her base.

Except when used in this context.

If I had known then what I know now I would have never gotten married.
