Dear "know it all" they were on school property. How many ways can you paraphrase that?

If the laws in Florida are the same as in Texas, the sidewalk on a public street adjoining non-public property is considered public property and is open for free speech activities. It is the policy of the Gideons International not to enter public school grounds unless invited by the appropriate authorities. If the local Gideons were violating the policies of the organization and actually were on the school grounds, said organization would not be involved in their defense.

I will take the word of World Net Daily and the defense counsel offered by the Gideons International any day over that of local authorities in a Florida county known for its tolerance of lewd and disgusting behavior by the local homosexual community during "Gay Pride" days.
