That's the "Lord Marshall" (Colm Feore) character, BTW--a "Necromonger" who tries to forcibly convert the universe to his "universal," pagan church. ...generally resembles a generic sort of caesar, eh?
Oh, and the flick was "Chronicles of Riddick"--kinda weird but very entertaining to watch. ...good plot, for a science fiction.
