Ok, reciprocity between States would be good. But whatever happened to "shall not be infringed" being part of the whole "Supreme Law of the Land" the "laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding" thingie?

Aren't they putting a band-aid on a sucking chest wound here?

Permits to carry are a tax on gun owners and unconstituional - against the 2nd and 4th amendment. Allows a state to keep a database.
