Unfortunately, while he may be an idiot, he's right. The simple fact, whether we like it or not, IS that the Constitution "means" whatever the "Nine Anointed Ones" decide it means. How else do we explain Roe v Wade, or McCain/Feingold CFR. While these may be terrible law, completely at odds with the actual wording of the Constitution, it's the law of the land. As Dickens said, "The law is a (sic) ass!"

Only because the sheeple choose to believe what the judge says, yuo as a juror can decide for yourself if the law is just or not, and there is no penalty or crime for rendering a not guilty verdict in any and all cases.
