EV: There ALWAYS is. Every time. And every time they fail...
I wish. But they don't always fail. They've been gaining ground for as long as I can remember. They use every underhanded tool at their disposal. Bullying is one of their favorite tactics. Why? Because it works. I'm sure you've noticed some of them at work, even here. How many rational voices have they silenced through their bullying? I've lost count.
How many have they confused with their lies? It's difficult to tell the difference between the deceivers and the deceived. They all push the same lies. Some because they believe the lies. Some because they want everyone else to believe what they themselves know are lies. The latter group tend to be the biggest bullies.
Some of them have even been exposed, time and time again, for the liars they are. When their destructive plans are posted in their own words, they gang up and rip the exposers to shreds, and find a way to bury the evidence. Then they forge ahead, having once again successfully crossed that little bump in the road which is truth.
I wish they had a 100% failure rate, but they don't.
Is it coherent to keep these planks in the platform while doing the opposite when elected? ... And can a Republican get elected to congress or the White House who repudiates these planks in honest representation of himself, as Rudy did last night on H&C? When did we Republican conservatives buy into the liberal notion that America will not support a true conservative so we need to compromise every aspect that makes us conservatives, resulting in some of our party voting for the liberal democrat candidates?
