Jeb Bush would have a problem in the prez race because of the dynasty issue but could help with Florida - and he also has charisma and has had to face the dogs, so he is prepared
They are both conservative with far reaching connections
I personally think that Jeb Bush is the best leader, above both his father and his brother. He has shown more true leadership through several Florida natural disasters and elections than Rudy Giuliani did after 9-11.
