In some parts of this great country Rudy may be a conservative ... the Northeast and Left Coast come to mind. In my neck o' the woods, Rudy is considered very liberal on most issues. He has that law and order reputation going for him, but that's about all.
Not Conservative, but definately a small gov, tax cut, hawk Republican. Compared to the prospect of Hillary, I'd vote for Guiliani any day.
