It might be...I'm not that big of a honey mustard fan either. but, for those who are...I'm sure it would be great :-)
Maurices BBQ in Columbia and Bessingers in Charleston have a mustard sauce which is excellent, especially with their hash over rice. They market four barbeque sauces, 3 red and one mustard. Maurice was on his way to nationwide fame and fortune but alas he is a proponent of the Confederate Flag so lots of critics etc boycott his restaurant, but Snugs if you ever get to SC, you will be in for a treat if you go to one of his restaurants.
