A great article, particularly the part about non-British members of the EU being unwilling (or unable) to shoulder their fair share of the burdens of regional and national security.
For example, the Belgian army has a union. (Can you even imagine what the American army would be like if soldiers were represented by the Teamsters or the UAW?) Belgian soldiers tend to be middle aged and overweight as a result. It's hard to find a more useless army. They have some of the most splendid infantry weapons and artillery in the world; but at the first sign of a real fight, they will surrender.
I agree, except for the fact that he is several years too late. See post #5.
